We will no longer participate in Delta Dental’s provider network starting October 1, 2025.
This change helps us focus fully on your care by reducing administrative barriers. You are welcome to continue seeing us—your clinicians, technology, and appointment experience remain the same.

We’ll give you everything needed to submit to Delta for reimbursement (and can often submit as a courtesy).

How it works (simple steps)?

1) Schedule & review: We confirm your plan details and provide a written estimate upon request.

2) Receive care: You pay our office directly on your dental needs that day.

3) Reimbursement: Submit the provided ADA claim form and documentation to Delta; reimbursement is typically sent to you.
